Each session is designed to extract everything you have to do, break it all down to actionable steps, understand how long things will take and then create an action plan of agreed actions for you to execute for the week ahead.

We meet for 40 minutes at the same time each week for the Move the Needle programmes. The Productivity Pods are for 1 hour, again at the same time each week.
